Homemade Paper Gift Bag
Several years ago, one of my two sister put her gifts in gift bags that she made from brown paper grocery sacks.The instructions will produce a bag that is roughly 12 inches tall.

Blank Paper with Slants

In "Big Cursive" a blank handwriting paper with slanted guide lines is available. The lines slant at around 73°.

Garamond Collection

Garamond collection is a new group of planners that are spread out over two web pages, the one linked below and the high school forms web page. The font, Garamond, is used in the set. The set includes standard lesson planners and a few that are a little different. Garamond also includes a class planner.

Site CD: YoungMinds 2009

I have finished YoungMinds 2009. As usual, there are new files. The major change in this edition is that I reviewed and remade hundreds of files and I cleaned out many files that I considered redundant.

Household Dated Files

I think I am finished updating all of the dated files. As of today, all files that I am continuing to carry into future years should be updated to include the years 2009, 2010, and in some cases, 2011.

Half-Sized Ruled Planner

Because I am tired of the old ruled planner, I'm placing a new ruled planner online. This one is dated and ready to print, no need to write the month and year.

2009 Half-Sized Dated Block Planner

The dated 2009 Half-Sized Block Planner refills are ready and uploaded. These files are designed to be printed on a regular sized printer paper, then cut in half.
For notebooks that use 5.5" x 8.5" filler.

2-Page Attendance Forms

The 2-page attendance form can keep attendance records for one student. Each page is for one semester. Keep attendance totals for each week, each month, and each semester.

Geosafari Resources

Do you have one of the Geosafari units? They are becoming harder to find lately. This is to announce that I have reorganized the geosafari resources that I have here and I have added several pages, images, and files. I have also moved the geosafari page into:

Grades and Attendance Web Site Reworked

During the last two days, I reworked the Grades and Attendance file pages and help pages. Maybe it is better this time, and the files can be found, and the helps can be helpful. :-) While I was at it, I added a web page about grade weights. Manuscript Animations - Completed

I set aside a few hours today and completed the remaining 14 manuscript animations. These animations are located in the Beginning Manuscript section in Handwriting. The start page is linked below.

Homemade Handwriting Lessons

The page linked below describes how to use a composition notebook to make handwriting lessons. This is useful for remedial work or if you are on a very tight budget.

Math Charts

My math charts are reorganized to different pages. The coordinate grid notebook is moved to charts. I added new files to multiplication and coordinate grid notebook. Please see the chart home page for details regarding the new files.

Horizontal Calendar "Clean"

I've had an unusual amount of requests for a typeable calendar. In response to those requests, I have uploaded a DOC calendar. Of course it is only typeable if you have a program which will open doc format. I am providing a PDF version of the file as well because it is such a minimalist calendar.
