2012 Lab Report Forms

The 2012 set have the following features:
Horizontal rule is blue
Vertical rule is pink
Rule is quarter-inch
Graph sizes are approximate
Rectangular grid is approximately 1/4" x 1/2"
Square grid is approximately 1/4"

The lab report forms may be printed individually or all of them at once.
