I recieve several emails a year about materials or methods for left handed children. I truly wish I could help, but I do not have a lefty. I looked around for left-handed writing materials, but there isn't much to be found, at least nothing that isn't different from right-handed materials. There is this curriculum that is just for lefty's: Cursive Writing Skills, Left-Handed Students .
A long time ago, I had this idea for a woman who was in the same Yahoo group as I at the time. My idea is this: Type handwriting lessons in a drawing or paint program. Before merging the typed content with the background, skew the letters to the left. Here is an example:
