Question: Hi Donna,
This is just a question. Sorry if it was already covered in your notes, I just can't find it.
When using the "S" sheets for planning. I have "English" for one of my subjects. But I have several books for English (ie.Daily Grams, Wordly Wise, Easy Grammar, etc.) When I put in my plan for the week and number them 1,2,3 etc. I can only plan out 1 book per "subject". How do I get several books to show up on the planner schedules? We're told only use one number at a time. So only 1 book shows up under English for Monday.
I think I'm missing the basics on this.
Thanks,
Patty

Patty,
When using Daily Grams, Wordly Wise, & Easy Grammar on the same day, type something like this in one lesson plan cell:
EG-pg 1, __WW-pg1, __DG-pg 1
On the bottom of the planner pages, you can make a book-key for the abbreviations with the "List" sheet and then select it to show on the planners that have the List option. I'll add a couple of screen-shots that show a book-key example using the Lists sheet.

Your next question might be about how to place the grades for the various parts (Daily Grams, Wordly Wise, & Easy Grammar) of one subject when they are in the same row. You might need to use one grading column per class part - one for easy grammar, one for wordly wise, etc. Give each one a portion of a 100% grade. I'll add a screen shot of that too. This will not yield separate grades for each class part on a report card, but will give you a grade average for English on the report cards. If you need to see the grade average for one part, Easy Grammar for instance, it will be at the top of the column header for EG as long as you have defined EG for that column in every term grader.

I hope this is useful! =) Thank you for asking the question.
Sincerely,
Donna
