S-Sheet - Term 1 and Adding Grades

This is another soundless video. In the video we begin with an empty term grader, no terms, no dates, and no grades.
This short video shows how to set up a grading term, how to set up a term grader, and how or where to add grades.

  1. Set up grading term 1
  2. Add a beginning and ending dates to the term. I use the drop-down list because it has the official school days.
  3. I set up one term grader making Column F Active.
  4. I add a grade in Column F
  5. I change the term grader to activate Column G and then add a grade to column G.

I want to point out that the grade columns F through I changed colors when term 1 was created. First they all became gray. When the Term Grader was set up Columns F and G became a shade of green while Columns H and I remained a shade of gray. The only reason that Columns F-I were shaded is because the Dynamic Term Average Recors was set at term 1.
