I think there are some states that want you to keep track of time and because of that, I have included the option of tracking time spent in class. The option to record minutes is not on by default. To turn the option on go to the Data sheet, find Row 28, and at the question that asks "Will you need to record minutes spent in class?" choose Yes. Go back to the S-Sheets and Column K should be visible.

For each class, in the same row as the completed lesson plan - enter the time in MINUTES in Column K.
The term graders will convert the time into hours, so don't worry about that.
