The report sheets in the V Planner get their data from the other sheets. The purpose of the report sheets is gather certain data and present it in a printable format. Be sure to check print preview before printing. Places for comments are on all of the report sheets except for one - the PR-S sheet has no place for comments.
This sounds exactly like you will do with the planners once the dates and lesson plans have been chosen.

The V-Planner is a spreadsheet file in xls format. To use the file, you must have a program on your computer [like MS Excel] that is compatible with XLS files. The V Planner is a homeschool planner and the file is currently only available on Donna Young's Site-CD, YoungMinds as of the 2011 version .
