RC-#Term Sheets - A Report

The report cards are report type sheet. The report sheet tabs are pictured above. No data is entered into the report cards, but you can type on them before printing in certain areas. There are 5 report cards in the V Planner. The 5 report cards are not that different. Choose one for each student based on how many grading terms you are using for the student. For instance, use the 6-term report cards is you have 6 grading periods (6 grading terms).

2 term report cardRC-2Terms and RC-3Terms are for Two Different Students

To use RC-2 and RC-3, choose a name from the drop-down lists in cells B1 and B28. If you want to add comments to the report cards before printing, use the tab key to find the typeable areas.

The grade cards should fill in once the names are added if there is data available to the grade cards.

Check the attendance numbers before printing. This is where the missing attendance numbers will appear if there term grade calculators use beginning and ending dates that are not official school dates.

Of course, before printing, check print preview.

RC-4, 5 and 6Terms

RC-4, 5, and 6 Terms print horizontally and each one is for one student. To use, choose a name from the drop-down list in cell B1. Find the typeable areas for comments using the Tab key on your keyboard. Check print preview before printing.
