COS Sheet - A Report

Latest version - V Planner V2.5-DT

V2.5 COS2

I recently (March 24, 2012) added a second Course of Study form. It's named COS2. With it, you can comment or type under each subject's book list. There are also a lot of little white boxes to the right. Instructions are on the sheet about how to use those white boxes. COS2 has the same drop-down lists that are described below.

The COS sheet, Course of Study, is a report type sheet. The report sheet tabs are pictured above. No data is entered into COS. COS receives its information from the Data sheet. If there is anything that needs to be altered on the COS sheet, do that at Data.

cosBefore printing a COS sheet, make 3 choices:

  1. Cell B2 - choose student's name from drop-down list (pictured below)
  2. Cell A3, choose a word or nothing from the drop-down list.
  3. Cell A22, choose a word or nothing from the drop-down list.

Do 2 things before printing -

  1. Adjust row heights if they need adjusting.
  2. Check print preview. Make any necessary adjustments to cause it to print the way you want it to print.

One more thing - If you need to type on the COS, you may do so beginning at row 41.
