Working with Grades in The V Planner

Latest version - V Planner V.2

On the S-Sheets, grades can be typed into columns F, G, H, I if those columns have been made active by the term graders. Before adding grades you must set up at least one term grade calculator. Once one or more term grade calculators are set up, it is easy to add grades, just type the grades in the right places.

What are the right places for the grades? - Place grades in active grade columns. Grades placed in non-active columns will not be picked up by the Term Calculators and will not be included in any grade card or transcript.
What is an active grade column? - An active grade column is one that was created in a Term Grader. Watch the video below to see a column "activated" To read more about it, go to the help page Term Calculators

How to Enter the Grades

Type a grade with numbers like : 90, 100, 78.5 <-- Please note the lack of percentage signs, don't use percentage signs, just type the number.

Please read Dynamic Term Average Record to learn how to make entering grades easier.
