Check Term # for Errors

Check Term # for Errors indicates that the grade calculator for the current term is incomplete in some way.

Steps to troubleshoot the error:
1. Set the Dynamic Term Average Record to the term showing the error.
2. Look for any of the 3 things listed below.

1. The percentages in the grade calculator do not equal 100%

2. Columns F-I: A grade is not entered into one of the available grading columns. Available grading columns are "activated" at the term calculator and unless the color display is not broken, they will be green when the "Dynamic Term Average Record" is set for the current term. If the cause of the error is this case, don't worry, once grades are placed in all active columns, then the error for that term will go away.

3. A grade is entered into a non-active grading column. This is an error because any grade that is placed in a non-active grading column will not count toward the grade average. The non-active columns are dark gray when the "Dynamic Term Average Record" is set for the current term.

The error checker just under the running average does not tell you what sort of error you have. It only tells you which term grader to look at.

Err2 

Err2 indicates that the total weight entered into Term Exam and / or in Other, is over 100%.
Please note that if you choose to make Term Exam and / or Other equal to 100%, this will not trigger an error alert.
If you choose to make Term Exam and / or Other equal to 100%, the grades
in the grade columns that are next to the lessons plans will not count at all.

Err2 will be triggered even when grades are not yet added to Term Exam and / or Other.
