I'm not fond of DPT, but I needed a printable format to display the active teacher's notes.In the slim bit of time that I had for this printable DPT is what I came up with.
With DPT, you can do the following:
Choose students names to display their particular teacher's notes. If you use this planner for less than 4 students, then shrink the unused column(s) and increase the others in width. Drop-down lists are located in Row 1. Choose a student or backspace to un-choose a student.
Display teacher's notes for the slots chosen in the S-Sheets and Days. - Basically up to a week's worth of notes.
As always, adjust the rows and columns to suit you and check print preview before printing.

The V-Planner is a spreadsheet file in xls format. To use the file, you must have a program on your computer [like MS Excel] that is compatible with XLS or XLSXfiles. The V Planner is a homeschool planner and the file is currently only available on Donna Young's Site-CD, YoungMinds as of the 2011 version .
