How to use the Dynamic Planners DPH and DPV

Latest version - V Planner V2.5-DT

Number System

The dynamic planners are named so because each one can be for any one of the students.

The only difference between DPH and DPV is the print orientation. DPH (pictured below) prints horizontally (landscape) and DPV prints vertically (portrait).

Using DPH and DPV

After plans and dates are set up as described here, do the following before printing one of these planners.

  1. Choose student from cell B1
  2. Adjust row heights
  3. Look over planner - is it right?
  4. Check print preview
  5. Print
