To use the Daily#-D planners, select the date from the drop-down list that is in cell F2. The information below starting at The steps to take before printing also applies to these planners.
There is a daily planner for each child. The daily planners display lesson plans and teacher's notes for one day - the date and plans shown will depend on the slot number that you choose from the drop-down list in cell F1.
Cell F1 - Choose the "Slot" from the drop-down list. (1-5)
The dynamic planner most like this one is the DP-S-T - one without teacher's notes is the DP-List - However- both of those planners are weekly planners. The ALL planner and the Daily planners are the only "daily" planners in the V Planner at this time.
The steps to take before printing - Two Drop-Downs
1. Cell C12 - Optional - choose an item from the list. Item choices come from the Lists sheet.
2. If printing, comment in open cells- optional
Look over the sheet - everything okay? If not make adjustments at S-Sheet, Days, and Lists
3. Adjust Row Height "en Masse"

All V Planner files were updated March 2012
The V-Planner is a spreadsheet file in xls format. To use the file, you must have a program on your computer [like MS Excel] that is compatible with XLS or XLSXfiles. The V Planner is a homeschool planner and the file is currently only available on Donna Young's Site-CD, YoungMinds as of the 2011 version .
