How to use the ALL Sheet in The V Planner

Latest version - V Planner V2.5-DT

The ALL planner gives you the current lesson plans for all four children for one day. The ALL planner is one of the few that displays YOUR calendar items.

Date System

j1all-dThe Date System All Planner is named ALL-D. To use it, select the date that is in the drop-down list in cell. To prepare ALL-D for printing read the information that is below.

Number System

To set up the lesson plans, place numbers 1-5 to set dates on the Days Sheet and on each of the S-Sheets. I placed links to those sheets on the ALL planner. When printing the planner, check print preview first to make certain that the links are not included in the print job.

Shown below is a compressed image of the ALL planner - Click the image to see it full size.

The height of the rows can be quickly adjusted to fit content by double-clicking the row heading boundaries on the far left side of the sheet. See image below.

Row Heading Boundaries

To adjust row height, select the rows in the planner that contain the lesson plans and calendar items. Select from the far left hand side of the sheet - your curser should change to look like an arrow pointing to the right. Hold the mouse button down while selecting. After selecting the rows, double-click any one of the row heading boundaries. This should cause all of the selected rows to adjust themselves to the correct height.
