Affected Software

Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Windows XP Service Pack 3
Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Service Pack 2
Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2
Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition Service Pack 2
Windows Server 2003 with SP2 for Itanium-based Systems

Read the information and to use the workaround, click on "Workarounds" and choose one of the methods. I used the "Using the Interactive Method."

Note: "Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk." -- Without distractions, just very carefully follow the instructions.

To undo the workaround, return to the link above and follow the instructions.
