This is a photograph of a couple of young oak leaves taken when the sun was leaning toward west. I was outside yesterday chasing bees, but ended up in the woods to see what was going on there.

That is stunning. It looks like fall colors in the spring. That is a neat effect that the leaf is clear and the background is muted. It really helps your eye focus on the subject.

Thank you Lisa. I get that effect by using the digital macro setting (I have a point and shoot camera.)
