Play Dough
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1/2 cup salt
2 Tablespoons oil
2 cups water
food coloring
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, reduce heat to simmer. Stir the simmering liquid until it thickens into a stiff blob.
Keep unused play dough in an air tight container.
